Job Opening: Coordinator (M/F) - Issy-les-Moulineaux 92 We are hiring a Coordinator (M/F) to join a healthcare facility located in Issy-les-Moulineaux in Hauts-de-Seine, under a permanent contract for 39 hours per week. About the Facility You’ll be joining a facility located in a vibrant town near Paris, easily accessible by public transportation. The organization’s internal structure prioritizes high-quality administrative support and assistance for healthcare teams. Support will be provided to help you get started with the tools, including potential training on the Veasy software. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., allowing for a concentrated workweek. JobDescription and Responsibilities You will be responsible for the administrative coordination of the center and will work directly with the healthcare teams and patients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Welcoming patients and managing patient flow - Billing for services and tracking payments - Managing third-party payments and liaising with insurance providers - Handling Social Security claim denials and related follow-ups - Handling requests for PEC coverage Compensation For this position, you will earn a salary starting at €1,900 net, negotiable depending on your profile Benefits - Employee status, permanent contract (39 hours per week) - Veasy software; training available - Good public transportation access - Immediate start possible; notice period accepted Desired Profile Administrative Coordinator; experience with billing and third-party payment processing is a plus.
