As a coordinating physician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of care provided to 209 residents. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the facility's medical and nursing activities, and will be actively involved in the medical-psychological well-being of residents. You will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including nurses, care assistants, a psychologist, and other healthcare professionals.
