We are recruiting a dental surgeon specializing in orthodontics M/F to join a multidisciplinary healthcare structure located in Vaulx-en-Velin, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, as part of a full-time or part-time salaried contract
Description and missions
You will be in charge of an established orthodontic practice within a multi-purpose establishment recognized for the quality of its care and the diversity of its specialties. You will work in a structured environment with:
- A two-chair orthodontic practice, accompanied by two dedicated assistants
. - Total autonomy in the chair, with no supervision of treatment plans
. - No minimum sales requirement
. - Specialized software: Orthofast
. - Possibility of participating in specific voluntary schemes, such as EHPAD care or Handi Consult

Located at the heart of a fast-growing sector, this establishment, which is part of a historic foundation, offers a diversified range of care services including general medicine, medical specialties, radiology, dental care, nursing care... You will work in a multidisciplinary environment that encourages collaboration between professionals. The center boasts a comprehensive technical platform (Cone Beam, pano, optical camera, MEOPA, laser) and an efficient organization with qualified dental assistants, centralized administrative secretariat, dematerialized management of appointments via Doctolib and access to a network of prosthetists of your choice (local or international)

Compensation
Retrocession of 30% of sales generated, increased to 33% above a certain threshold, plus 10% paid holiday
Guaranteed minimum wage of 3,000 euros gross for 9 hours' work per week for the first 6 months (SMG adjusted according to the number of hours worked per week)
