We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a dental health structure located in Nevers, in the Nièvre region, as part of a full-time or part-time CDI.
Description and duties
As a general dental surgeon, you will provide routine dental care in a modern, high-performance environment. You will work autonomously in the dental chair with the support of a dedicated dental assistant, without any administrative management.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out conservative, prosthetic and surgical treatments
. - Collaboration with a partner laboratory to produce prostheses
. - The possibility, to be discussed, of developing a specific focus for your practice
Structure DNA
You will be practicing in a facility that is part of a national group recognized for its commitment to quality access to care throughout France. Technical equipment includes a KAVO E30 chair, a polymerizing lamp, a Carestream Vitascam intra-oral X-ray, a panoramic X-ray, ROSI furniture, a 3Shape optical camera and a WH autoclave. Consumables are chosen by the practitioners with a budget allocated according to activity. You will be part of a structure that encourages cooperation, with regular team meetings and personalized support for junior practitioners.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of 3,000 euros gross per month up to 15,000 euros sales
- From the 3rd year onwards: 32% gross on total sales
. - Executive status with a 35-hour, 4-day working week
.
