Terms of Employment

The Clinic
You will join a private psychiatric clinic founded in 1847 and housed in modern facilities since 2019 in Bron, near downtown Lyon. It has approximately 90 employees and a large patient capacity divided between general psychiatry units and units dedicated to eating disorders. In addition, the facility has a day hospital and a department dedicated to innovative care approaches, and its values are rooted in respect, active listening, compassionate care, and integrity.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Conduct admission consultations and perform initial assessments
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans

Description and duties Working in a unit specializing in the care of adolescents aged 11 to 17, you will be responsible for the follow-up of young patients with mood, personality or complex psychiatric disorders. The unit accommodates up to 14 patients on an inpatient basis, and aims to offer personalized, protective support focused on the specific needs of each adolescent. Your main duties will include: - Clinical assessment and psychiatric follow-up of patients - Working closely with families and other professionals in the medical-social sector. - Participation in institutional bodies such as CME, CLUD, CLIAS. - Contributing to therapeutic reflection and non-drug approaches. - Development of post-hospitalization care pathways, with a view to appropriate reorientation if necessary. The position involves working Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with telephone on-call at night from Monday to Thursday. Weekends are covered by a dedicated on-call team. DNA of the facility This outpatient psychiatric facility, due to open in 2019, offers personalized care to stabilized patients and serves a large territory of around sixty communes. Located close to natural areas and around forty minutes from Paris, it combines accessibility and quality of life. The facility offers a wide range of treatments for mood disorders, psychosocial disorders, adjustment disorders and relapse prevention. A twenty-place day hospital for adolescents, adjoining the adult day hospital, completes the facility's facilities and encourages networking with town medicine, hospitals, associations and local "Maisons des Adolescents".
