Nurse Job - Bueil 27 We are recruiting a nurse M/F to join a medico-social establishment located in the commune of Bueil, in the Eure region, on a full-time permanent contract. DNA of the facility You will be joining an EHPAD with 72 long-term care residents and a structured care organization, including an IDEC and a coordinating doctor. In addition, the structure relies on formalized care protocols and a computerized resident file to ensure traceability and continuity of care. Description and responsibilities You will play a full part in the quality of care and monitoring of residents. You will work on a 12-hour shift schedule during the day.Your main tasks will be divided into three main areas: Maintaining and promoting residents' health and autonomy: - Carry out technical care: check vitals, take biological samples, give injections, dressings and prevent bedsores - Provide emergency care in accordance with current protocols - Ensure proper administration of medication - Perform or supervise hygiene and comfort care - Monitor residents' clinical condition by observing, listening and communicating with the team Participate in residents' well-being and comfort: - Welcome new residents individually and ascertain their needs - Ensure implementation of the Personalized Project and care plan - Promote communication during care and maintain residents' autonomy - Participate in follow-up meetings on Personalized Projects and therapeutic education Contribute to the continuity of care and its proper implementation: - Participate in and lead transmissions and meetings in the absence of the IDEC or doctor - Record and update information in the computerized resident file - Manage pharmaceutical products, stocks and medical equipment - Monitor the quality of care provided by the teams and provide support for trainees and new employees - Inform families and outside parties in the event of hospitalization or significant change in health status Compensation For this position, you will be paid between €28,000 and €35,000 gross per year.
