DNA of the facility This facility accommodates 24 adults with severe intellectual, motor or somatic disabilities, or multiple disabilities, as well as people with autism and/or pervasive developmental disorders. It operates as a permanent accommodation facility, organized into 3 living units of 8 residents, each comprising single rooms and one double room. In addition, the establishment fulfills a dual mission as a place to live and a place to care, thanks to a multidisciplinary team mobilized around overall support, care and stimulation and rehabilitation activities. Description and missions: You will join a well-organized team. Your responsibilities will include - Guarantee continuity of care and operational safety - Coordinate the quality of paramedical support - Manage, lead and support multidisciplinary teams Compensation For this position, you will have a remuneration package to be defined at the time of interview, depending on your profile and experience.
