Description
A veterinary clinic, located in Saint-Usage, near Dijon is recruiting a mixed canine and bovine veterinarian M/F on permanent contract with a view to retirement.
You will be joining a general veterinary clinic that receives orthopedic and endoscopy referrals. Your activity will be 70% canine, 20% rural, 5% equine and 5% NAC. The team is made up of 6 vets, including 1 orthopedic CES, and 5 ASVs. If you have obstetrics skills, they would be appreciated. The position is open to both experienced and junior profiles.
The clinic's technical facilities are more than complete, with 4 consulting rooms (a fifth will soon be available) and all the latest technological equipment, including an Idexx laboratory (ProCyte, Catalyst One, Catalyst Dx, SediVue, VA Analyzer, Snap Reader, Coag Dx), a digital radio, a recent ultrasound scanner, a Storz endoscope, a Mikan therapeutic laser, a Colibri surgical engine, the Phovia solution, tissue thermofusion equipment, as well as a TPLO saw.
This clinic offers a number of advantages, including: regular individual and group training (CAP Douleur, CareFund, Graduate Academy, Cat Friendly labeling in progress, etc.), as well as great flexibility in your assignments, since they are allocated according to individual preferences. Consultation times are also adapted and variable. You will be on call 1 night out of 4, and one weekend/holiday out of 4. You will be provided with a telephone and a car, and your accommodation will be paid for the first two months.
Saint-Usage is a quiet, rural commune in Burgundy where life is good. It's close to Dijon, Beaune and Dole, yet only 3 hours from Paris. The region, known for its wines and gastronomy, offers a wide range of sporting, cultural and tourist activities.
For this position, you will receive a salary in line with the collective agreement + 15%. You'll also benefit from a health insurance plan covering 100% of your healthcare costs, as well as luncheon vouchers.
