We are recruiting a Medical Secretary M/F to join a multidisciplinary structure located in Angers, Maine-et-Loire, on a full-time CDI.
Description and missions
You'll join a dynamic team and play an active role in managing the switchboard and referring patients. As a medical secretary, you will be in charge of:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls (around 150 per day)
- Manage and organize 5 simultaneous telephone lines
- Provide initial patient referrals and book appointments remotely
- Work in tandem with another secretary who manages patients on site
A high level of organization and responsiveness is expected to guarantee smooth, quality care for users.

You will work in a caring and demanding environment, where patient service is thought out down to the smallest detail. This structure aims for excellence in reception and care, with particular attention paid to presentation, professionalism and the elegance of contact. Compensation
Net monthly salary of between €1,800 and €1,900 depending on profile and experience.
