We are recruiting a psychiatrist M/F to join a medical structure dedicated to women's health located in Asnières-sur-Seine, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, within the framework of a liberal collaboration.
Description and missions
Working in an innovative facility dedicated to women's health, you will practice alongside specialist practitioners and paramedical professionals. Your duties will include:
- Free consultations, with no set length of time
. - Comprehensive, coordinated care for patients
. - The possibility of referring patients to other specialists at the facility
. - Active participation in the care process, thanks to nurse coordinators
. - Workshops on prevention, well-being and physical health
.
ADN of the structure
You'll work in a modern, multidisciplinary environment focused on the well-being of practitioners. Each practice is large, bright and equipped with high-performance IT equipment. You'll work alongside doctors, midwives, ultrasound technicians and nurse coordinators in a collaborative atmosphere. A team of medical secretaries is on hand to handle reception and administrative tasks around the clock, from 8am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 7pm at weekends. An outdoor area is available on each site. You'll also benefit from in-house software to facilitate patient follow-up, with monthly videoconference meetings to encourage exchange and continuous improvement.
Compensation
You will benefit from an attractive remuneration based on a percentage of sales.
