Description and missions
Within this reference establishment, you will ensure the care and follow-up of patients in liaison with a multidisciplinary team made up of physicians, nurses, psychologistsand social assistants. Your main missions will include:
- Assessing and defining care adapted to each patient
- The development of individualized care contracts
- Setting up and monitoring specific therapeutic mediation

Compensation
An attractive salary package of between €8,500 and €9,500 gross per month is on offer. Possibility of self-employment with a 10% royalty.
