We are recruiting a Technical Support Advisor M/F to join a company specializing in medical equipment, located in Saint-Priest, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description
As a Technical Support Advisor (TSA), you will act as a technical expert for dental practitioners, patients and the in-house team. You will be responsible for answering technical queries via phone or email, performing diagnostics on returned medical devices, and writing expert reports. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and sales force support. Your working week will be 39 hours. In addition, you will be required to communicate in French, but also in English (B2 level).

Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of between €27,000 and €30,000 gross per year, including a 5% bonus.
