We are recruiting a Pedodontist M/F for an ultra-modern dental clinic in Lille .
this dental clinic composed of several specialists (general practice, implantology, orthodontics ...) will allow you to benefit from a real sharing of experience.
The conditions of exercise are ideal: remuneration of 32% to 35% + guaranteed minimum salary, full schedule, well mutualized patient base, latest generation clinic...
Continuing education and coaching are part of the DNA of this group of dental clinics allowing you to benefit from focused, degree-granting and free training.
Benefits of the position:
- Salaried status on a permanent contract (2 to 5 days per week)
- Compensation from 32% to 35%
- Guaranteed minimum salary up to 5000€ the first months
- Qualified and dedicated dental assistant in the chair
- Filled schedule
- Optimal follow-up of your patient files (high quote acceptance rate)
- No minimum turnover will be imposed
- Total freedom on your treatment plans and work rhythm
- Possibility to place your implants
- Latest generation equipment (Reciproc, optical impression, 3D...)
- Close collaboration with the dental prosthesist
- Coaching, training and accompaniment possible
