We are recruiting an Orthodontist M/F to join a modern medical-dental facility located in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, on a salaried contract.

Description and duties
As an orthodontist, you'll be joining an experienced, multidisciplinary team in an environment designed for quality of care and practitioner comfort.
Your work will revolve around the following tasks:
- Taking charge of orthodontic treatment plans
- Patient follow-up and treatment adjustments
- Working in pairs with a dedicated chairside assistant
- Participation in clinical meetings and in-house training
You'll benefit from personalized support right from the start with a clinical mentoring program, chairside training and professional coaching (diary management, communication, personal development).

Structure DNA
You'll work in a 600 m² multidisciplinary center on two levels, benefiting from a spacious and bright layout. Each practice measures 15 m², and you'll have a chair dedicated to orthodontics. The technical facilities include 6 omni chairs, a surgical unit, an optical microscope and a Trishape optical camera with 90% digital impressions.
The presence of an integrated prosthetic laboratory is a real asset, enabling exceptional responsiveness and immediate customization of devices. The team is made up of practitioners in implantology, endodontics and orthodontics, with a spirit of collaboration and mutual support.
The center is located in the immediate vicinity of the metro, with shops, fitness facilities and parking available.

Compensation
For this position, you will have a retrocession of sales to be discussed during your recruitment process. A guaranteed minimum salary is provided for the first few months of activity.
