We are recruiting an orthodontist M/F to join a practice specializing in orthodontics located in Le Mans, in the Sarthe region, as part of a self-employed collaboration.
Description and missions
You will work in an exclusive orthodontic practice, alongside an experienced practitioner and her team. You will be in charge of patient care for two to three days a week, with activity mainly geared towards a pediatric patient base.
Your duties will include:
- Performing complete orthodontic assessments
- Setting up appropriate treatment plans, including interceptive, fixed and removable treatments
- Use of optical impressions with the MEDIT scanner
- Follow-up treatment with invisible splints (Orthocaps, with the possibility of upgrading to another system)
- Management of 20 to 25 patients a day, in coordination with a team of dental assistants and an administrative secretary
Structure DNA
This human-sized practice, with a surface area of 60m2, is organized around a treatment room equipped with two chairs. It also has a reception area with a secretariat, a sterilization room and a small office. You will work in a stable environment, accompanied by three dental assistants on rotation and a secretary dedicated to administrative management. The practice is renowned for its rigorous, caring and personalized approach to care, with a majority of children among its patients.
Compensation
Attractive retro-cession of between 55% and 60% depending on profile for self-employed staff. Possibility of salaried status with remuneration between 32% and 35%. Laboratory costs are entirely at your expense.
