We are recruiting an Optician Manager M/F to join an optical store located in Cahors, in the Lot department, on a full-time CDI contract
.
Description and missions
In this position of responsibility, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store alongside a team comprising an assistant, an optician and a sales fitter. Your main tasks include:
- Welcoming, advising and providing personalized customer service
. - Carrying out eye examinations and fitting optical equipment
. - Managing inventory, supplier orders and merchandising
. - Day-to-day management and coordination of the team
. - Monitoring performance indicators and achieving sales targets

Compensation
Attractive remuneration of €2800 to €3000 gross per month depending on profile, plus a monthly bonus of €300 to €600 gross indexed to the achievement of sales targets
