We are recruiting an optician manager M/F, to join a store located in Avallon as part of a CDIat full time. We are also open to a profile of optician without responsibilities.
Description
As a responsible optician(ne), you will be in charge of recruitment, orders, training, and you will need to demonstrate versatility on tasks such as eye exams, sales of lenses, with possible technical development. If you are an optician(ne) without managerial responsibility, your main tasks will be to carry out eye examinations, advise customers, and take part in the day-to-day running of the store. Ideally, we're looking for someone with a sales background.
Structure DNA
Located in Avallon, the store opened its doors in 2017. It's a small structure with a friendly working atmosphere, where one long-trained person currently works 39 hours a week. The store is part of a network of 5 establishments, with a good reputation locally, active communication and regular meetings between managers.
Compensation
For a responsible position, compensation is between €2800 and €3000 gross/month. For an optician without responsibilities, it is between 2400€ and 2700€ gross/month.
