We are looking for a optician manager M/F to join an optical store located in Vitry-sur-Seine as part of a CDIat flat rate framework.
As director, your role will be essential in managing teams and boosting sales. Your day-to-day duties will include greeting customers, analyzing their needs, performing sight examinations, assembling glasses, managing inventory as well as supervisionof your team. You will also be responsible for managing, supporting and controlling administrative and accounting tasks.
This full-time position (flat rate days) will require you to manage a team of 5 collaborators. In addition, your expertise will contribute to ensuring excellent customer service and promoting the expansion of this brand, with a particular focus on personalized advice on lensesand fittings.
In Vitry-sur-Seine, a dynamic commune located in the Val-de-Marne, you'll enjoy a pleasant living environment with easy access to Paris, offering a multitude of services and amenities. The town has excellent road links and is close to the freeway, making it easy to get around the region.
You will benefit from a compensation of €3500 gross per month, plus annual bonuses after one year's seniority, as well as a profit-sharing scheme equivalent to a 14th month. You will also benefit from RTT (11 per year), luncheon vouchers (22 per month) and a very good health insurance scheme.
