Description
As a salaried optician, you'll play a central role in the deployment and enhancement of the brand you'll be working for. You will work with establishments such as EHPAD, companies and sports clubs to promote visual prevention and auditory prevention services. Your daily routine will include tasks such as:
- Participating in the internal and external promotion of our B2B initiatives
. - Actively canvassing customers to promote our prevention
equipment and services. - Organize prevention days for our partners
. - Ensure rigorous follow-up of partnership commitments
- Plan and organize your appointments and ensure regular reporting

Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from compensationbetween €3300 and €3900 gross per month.
Benefits
- Target bonus of 10% of gross annual compensation, calculated on 100% of target
. - Profit-sharing bonus of 15% of total gross annual compensation
- 2% profit-sharing bonus
- Long-service bonus of 2% from two years' seniority, with a further 1% per year
- Guaranteed 10% variable pay (€200) during trial period of between 4 and 6 months
- Company car
