We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a practice specializing in ophthalmology and optometry located in Chalon-sur-Saône, in the Saône-et-Loire region, as part of a salaried contract or a self-employed collaboration.
Description and missions
You will be working in a structured facility offering an optimized organization for medical practice. Your main activity will focus on medical ophthalmology consultations, with a controlled flow of patients and the support of a multidisciplinary team.
- Medical consultations only, with possible access to refractive or cataract surgery through partners
. - IVT performed on site, accompanied by a nursing team
. - Schedule calibrated to ensure a good work-life balance, typically 9:00am to 5:15pm
- Presence expected on Saturdays as part of team reinforcement
- In-house training offered on Ophtix software for a smooth introduction to the business tool
Structure DNA
You'll be joining a modern, well-established structure, designed to offer a functional and ergonomic working environment. The comprehensive technical environment ensures smooth patient care, with dedicated IVT rooms, a high-performance technical platform and a team made up of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. The aim is to enable you to concentrate fully on your core business, without administrative constraints.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
- For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
