We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a specialized ophthalmology facility located in Poitiers, in the Vienne region, within the framework of a salaried contract or a recurring freelance collaboration

Description and missions
Within this structure dedicated to medical and surgical ophthalmology, you will carry out comprehensive consultations in an optimized technical environment. Depending on your profile and skills, you may move into surgery in partnership with leading establishments
. Your activities will include:
- Providing comprehensive patient care in consultation
. - Supervision of a team of orthoptists providing pre-consultations
. - Participating in intravitreal injections in dedicated rooms
. - The possibility of orienting your activities towards specific practices (IVT, retina, contactology, pediatrics, etc.)

Facility DNA
You'll be working in a human-scale facility, part of a solid national network, with a high-performance technical platform: IVT rooms, latest-generation equipment, a project to develop in-house software (Ophtix), and easy access to refractive surgery via partners. You will be supported by a team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries, enabling you to work smoothly and focused on medical expertise. Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with an average of 50 to 60 patients a day

Compensation
- Salaried: 650 euros gross per day + 12 to 15% variable, i.e. up to 1300 euros gross per day
- Self-employed: customized hybrid model including direct remuneration, a share of expenses (rent, structure), and a share of investment in the network

Profile sought
M/F ophthalmologist holding a European diploma registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre des Médecins in France, with a minimum B2 language level. Profiles in sector 1 (never installed), sector 2, sector 2 Optam accepted. Possibility of consulting only, no surgical activity
