As a salaried ophthalmologist, you'll work in an environment that limits the flow of patients on a daily basis to ensure your working comfort. You will also have the opportunity to perform surgical procedures on patients at the centre, while retaining total autonomy over your activity. With a constant concern for ethical compliance, you will have the assurance of a controlled patient flow, as well as total control over the quotation of your acts.
