We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a clinic specializing in ophthalmology located in Besançon, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, as part of a liberal association project.
Description and missions
You will join a structure dedicated to visual health, integrated into an independent network of ophthalmology centers, in order to develop a complete medical and surgical activity. You will be responsible for:
- Specialized consultations, with a deliberately limited flow of patients to guarantee quality of care
. - Supervising the work of orthoptists and optometrists trained in pre-consultation
. - Perform ophthalmic surgery, including cataract surgery, in an equipped partner clinic
. - Independent quotation of your procedures
. - Follow-up of retinal pathologies, glaucoma and AMD
. - The possible development of complementary activities such as eyelid or refractive surgery
Structure DNA
This state-of-the-art ophthalmology center covers 200 m² and boasts a full technical platform, including Topcon OCT, Haag-Streit visual field, slit lamp, automatic frontofocometer, refractometer, keratometer, pachymeter and non-contact tonometer. You will work alongside 2 orthoptists/optometrists and 2 medical secretaries dedicated to your activity. The business software used is StudioVision. The work environment is designed to ensure ergonomics, quality of care and professional autonomy. The center will be located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Besançon, a 20-minute walk from the Viotte SNCF train station, with easy access by streetcar and bus.
Compensation
You will receive 50% of the fees collected, including consultations and surgeries, with an estimated annual income potential of between 400,000 and 600,000 euros gross depending on the volume of activity.
