Job Oncologist M/F - Le Mans 72

We are recruiting an oncologist M/F to join a multidisciplinary liberal structure located in Le Mans, in the Sarthe region, within the framework of a liberal collaboration, to join a team of liberal oncologists.

Description and duties
You will work in a cancer coordination center that brings together several establishments: a public hospital, a private clinic, a laboratory, a clinical research unit and a medical imaging department. You will join a dynamic team of 8 associate radiation oncologists, 1 salaried oncologist and 2 medical oncologists. Your work will focus on medical oncology and radiotherapy, with a strong partnership with the surgical teams (particularly with robotic surgery). You will benefit from a work environment based on complementarity between specialties and a high-level technical platform.
You will be on call a minimum of 3 days a week, including nights and weekends (approximately 3 to 4 per year). You will be working with a full medical team, including hospital-based general practitioners who will be responsible for hospitalization, as well as a wide range of support services (psychologist, physiotherapist, innovative virtual reality devices).
The position is particularly suited to an oncologist nearing the end of his/her clinical or assistantship, and an orientation towards senology, urology or digestive will be appreciated.

The center is part of a solid regional network with several facilities in Laval, Nancy and Malroux. It is based on a structured, liberal approach, favoring synergies between public and private structures. With more than 110,000 radiotherapy procedures and 40,000 consultations per year, the facility is experiencing strong growth. You'll be working in a modern setting, equipped with a state-of-the-art pharmacy and a full technical platform. Compensation
For this position, you will have a retrocession of fees collected with a 3% royalty on clinical acts.
- Average fees ranging from 12,000€ net to 16,000€ gross monthly
- 4 days of activity at 1000€ gross per day
- Weekend on-call duty paid between €2,000 and €4,000

Profile sought
Oncologist M/F with a French or European diploma, registered with the Conseil national de l'Ordre des médecins, ideally at the end of a clinic or assistantship.
