We are recruiting a PRM Physician M/F on CDI on a full time or part time(80% to 100%) basis to join a facility located in Guyancourt(Yvelines).
Description and missions
Within this structure specialized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and caring for geriatric patients, with around 18 beds under your responsibility
- The development and implementation of medical and facility projects, in collaboration with the care team
. - Continuous improvement of the quality approach and risk management, to guarantee safe and appropriate care
. - Participation in multidisciplinary consultation meetings, to optimize care pathways
Facility DNA
The facility, built in 2017, offers a work environment that is modern and adapted to the rehabilitation of patients. It has 110 beds in full hospitalization and 30 places in day hospital, enabling personalized, scalable support.
Compensation
Attractive fixed salary, with on-call pay.
