We are recruiting a full-time or part-time (80% to 100%) PRM physician to join a facility located in Guyancourt (Yvelines).
Description and missions
Within this structure specialized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, you will be responsible for :
- Monitoring and caring for geriatric patients, with around 18 beds under your responsibility
- Development and implementation of medical and facility projects, in collaboration with the care team
. - Continuous improvement of the quality approach and risk management, to guarantee safe, appropriate care
. - Participation in multidisciplinary consultation meetings, to optimize care paths
.
Facility DNA
The facility, built in 2017, offers a modern setting suited to patient rehabilitation. It has 110 full hospitalization beds and 30 day hospital places, enabling personalized, progressive support.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration between 8500 and 10,000 euros gross, negotiable depending on profile
