We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a medico-social establishment located in Kingersheim in the Haut-Rhin, within the framework of a part-time CDI.
Description and duties
As coordinating physician, you are responsible for the facility's care project. As such, you are responsible for:
- Drawing up, monitoring and evaluating the EHPAD's care project
. - Coordinating care in conjunction with the nurse coordinator
. - Medical assessment of residents, particularly in the context of admissions
. - Leading the care team and coordinating work with external service providers
. - Implementing and monitoring medical and paramedical protocols
. - Participating in drawing up agreements with healthcare establishments and geriatric networks

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, in direct liaison with attending physicians, specialists and paramedical professionals.
