We are recruiting a Coordinating Physician M/F to join a healthcare home located in Cadalen (Tarn), as part of a CDIpart-time (0.4 FTE).
Description
As Coordinating Physician, your mission will be to guarantee the quality of careand to supervisethe development of the care project for the facility. You will be responsible for the coordination of care, ensure the safety of interventionswith residentsand contribute to continuity of care. You will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a high level of quality in the care of residents, while monitoring quality indicators.

Located in the heart of Cadalen, this health home offers a pleasant, modern working environment with a capacity of 81 permanent accommodationand 1 temporary accommodation, in addition to:
- A multidisciplinary team made up of nurses, care assistants, psychologists, coordinating physicians, an adapted physical activity instructor (APA), as well as various private practitioners (physiotherapist, orthophonist, etc.)
- User-friendly living spaces: landscaped terraces, gardens, hairdressing salon, entertainment and dining rooms
. - Strong involvement in local development with citizen and solidarity initiatives
Compensation
The compensation for this 0.4 FTE position is to be discussed depending on experience and qualifications.
