We are recruiting a Coordinating Physician M/F to join a healthcare home located in Terville (Moselle), as part of a CDIat part-time (0.2 FTE).

As Coordinating Physician, you will ensure the coordination of care and participate in the development of the facility's care project. You will work in collaborationwith a multidisciplinary team to guarantee the quality and continuity of care. You will also ensure the safety of care and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Part of your duties will include overseeing good professional practice and monitoring quality indicators with patients.
