Job Night Nurse M/F - Lodève 34
We are recruiting a night nurse M/F on CDI to join a facility specializing in medical care and rehabilitation (SMR) located in Lodève (Hérault).
Description and missions
This position offers a structured working environment and patient care on short and medium stays. You will work in pairs with a care assistant and another nurse during your night hours. Your duties will include:
- Administering medication treatments and monitoring night-time infusions
. - Monitoring patients requiring special vigilance
. - Management of some technical care and diapering
. - Alternating between the medicine department and the SMR department, according to the established rota
. - Hours: 8:15pm - 6:15am (medicine area) or 9:15pm - 7:15am (SMR area for independent patients)
Facility DNA
The facility is a suite care and rehabilitation center (SSR) as well as an SMR, accommodating 88 patients, including 17 beds dedicated to medicine. The patients stay an average of 5 weeks and benefit from a structured rehabilitation program, including aerobic activities, chronic disease management and respiratory rehabilitation care. The care team makes it a point of honor to guarantee comprehensive, tailored care, particularly for patients in situations of undernutrition or with advanced respiratory pathologies (PPCO stages 3 and 4).
Compensation
Salary in accordance with the FHP agreement and night premium: additional €2.60 per hour.
