We are recruiting a Cadre de dialyse M/F to join a cliniquesituated in Saint-Germain-en-Laye (Yvelines), as part of a CDIà forfait jour.
Description
As a dialysis executive, you will be in charge of managing a dialysis centerwith 16 beds(open from 6:30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday) as well as two other units: a medicalized dialysis unit(8 beds) and an autodialysis unit (6 beds), open from 11am to 10:30pm Monday to Friday. Your missions include managing the patient schedule and managing a care team made up of nurses, care assistants and medical secretaries. You will work closely with the nephrologists and other clinic managers to define the care strategyand ensure the quality of services.

Located in the heart of downtown Saint-Germain-en-Laye, 10 minutes from the RER A, the clinic was recently acquired by a major group and benefits from a dynamic urban environment. The team consists of:
- 10 dedicated nurses
- Temporary staff to complement the teams
- Permanent nursing assistants
- 1 medical secretary
- 1 nephrologist
- 1 manager for SMR, maternity and ambulatory surgery departments
Accompaniment by other dialysis managers in the group when needed. Although the site has no parking facilities, a parking space may be made available.
Compensation
The compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and experience.
