Job Nurse M/F - Pionsat 63

We are recruiting a Nurse M/F on a permanent or long-term fixed-term contract to join a recent and innovative care facility located in Pionsat (Puy-de-Dôme).

Job description
You'll join a committed care team of 15 nurses, 3 attending physicians and several orderlies. You'll work 8-hour shifts (6am-2pm or 1pm-9pm) or 12-hour shifts (7am-7.30pm, currently being tested), with 1 weekend worked every 6 weeks. On a day-to-day basis, you will be in charge of technical care: self-catheterization, catheterization, application of GPE, transmission of medication, specific dressings for amputee patients, as well as accompanying and monitoring patients to promote their autonomy

Facility DNA
The facility, fully renovated 6 years ago, has a capacity of 81 patients, spread over two floors of 40 patients each. The care unit is staffed by three nurses in the morning and two in the afternoon, accompanied by six orderlies. The facility boasts a movement analysis laboratory and state-of-the-art technical facilities, guaranteeing optimal working conditions and quality patient care.

Compensation
Salary based on Convention 51, with full seniority reinstated.
