We are recruiting a nurse M/F to join a private practice located in Paris, in the 12th arrondissement, as part of a private practice.
Description and missions
You will be joining a team of experienced private practice nurses, working with a mainly elderly patient base in the 12th arrondissement, Saint-Mandé and 20th arrondissement areas.
Your main duties will be:
- Carrying out nursing care
- Complex and simple dressings
- Infusions and treatment follow-up
- Touring by bicycle or personal vehicle
- Use of equipment provided: professional bag, blood pressure monitor, etc.
Rounds take place 3 days a week, either Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with every other weekend worked. Working hours range from 7 a.m. to 2 - 3 p.m., depending on requirements.
Structure DNA
You'll be working in a friendly, well-organized structure made up of 12 private practice nurses. The practice benefits from a dedicated secretary who manages billing, scheduling, vacations and vacations for all IDELs.
The atmosphere is dynamic, caring and supportive, and you'll be given plenty of support if you're just starting out. A symbolic contribution of €15 is required on entry, reimbursed on departure, and also allows for an annual redistribution of profits.
The structure encourages everyone to get involved by rewarding seniority.
Compensation
You will receive a minimum monthly net fee income of €5000, retrocession already deducted.
