We are recruiting a nurseH/F on CDI to join a facility specializing in medical care and rehabilitation(SMR) located in Lodève(Hérault).

Description and missions
This salaried positionoffers you a dynamic working environment with structured patient follow-up and varied technical care. You will join a nursing team involved in rehabilitationand patient support, with missions including:
- Accompanying and monitoring patients in rehabilitation and medicine
care. - Therapeutic education with patients
- Performing technical care: urinary catheterization, blood transfusions, sleep recordings
- Administration of treatments and simple care
. - Management of replacements within the nursing team
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Facility DNA
The facility is a clinic specializing in SMR and SSR, accommodating 88 patients, including 17 beds dedicated to medicine.
patients stay there for a minimum of 5 weeks, in a setting that promotes rehabilitation, respiratory rehabilitation and chronic disease management. The team accompanies patients of two types:
- Autonomous patients requiring follow-up care and medication
- Patients in post-hospitalization rehabilitation requiring heavier care
.
The clinic is particularly involved in the care of malnourished patients and advanced respiratory pathologies (PPCO stage 3 and 4).

Compensation
Young graduate gross salary: €2,170 (excluding Ségur) in accordance with the FHP agreement, negotiable depending on experience.
