Job IDEC M/F - Villerupt 54

We are recruiting a nurse coordinator (IDEC) M/F to join a care facility located in Villerupt as part of a CDI.

Description
As IDEC, you will be in charge of HR dynamics, including recruitmentand plannings management. You will organize care for residents and oversee aspects of the health executive job, including project creation. We are looking for someone whose interpersonal skills and values match our establishment, with a willingness to commit to the medium term.

Structure DNA
Establishment located in Villerupt, opened several years ago, offering 148 places including 6 in day care and the rest in permanent care. It has:
- 2 Alzheimer's units
- 1 protected living unit
- 1 reinforced unit
- A team of 70 FTE (80-90 full time)
- 1 executive assistant

Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a compensation of €35,000 to €40,000 gross per year, depending on seniority and field experience.
