We are recruiting a nurse coordinator (IDEC) M/F to join a EHPAD located in Paris 13e for a CDIat framework package.
Description
On a day-to-day basis, you will have a variety of tasks:
- Participate actively in the management committee
- Hierarchically supervise the care team
- Monitor teams in collaboration with the referring IDE
. - Manage care relationships and maintain effective communication with families
- Meet the challenges of caregiver traceability and stability, notably by reviewing care plans
- Ensure ongoing quality control of care
. - Manage the administrative aspects of the department
- Draw up team schedules
