Job IDEC M/F - Bobigny 93

We are recruiting a nurse coordinator (IDEC) M/F on CDI, for a managerial position within a specialized establishment in Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis).

Description and missions
As a IDEC, you will play a key role in the organization and coordination of care, with the following missions:
- Supervise and mentor the care teams (2 IDECs on rotation and 2 care assistants per day).
- Guarantee optimal care for patients, ensuring that protocols and best practices are applied.
- Organize and optimize service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the various care providers.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of care quality and the patient pathway.
- Manage schedules and monitor team training and skills enhancement needs.

Facility DNA
The facility has 85 beds, spread over 2 floors, and accommodates a young population with moderate or stabilized behavioral disorders. With 2 protected living units dedicated to specific support and 1 adapted activity pole, the entity aims to promote the autonomy and fulfillment of residents. We are looking for a person of character, with solid field experience and the ability to manage teams with a firm hand.

Compensation
Salary between €2,500 and €2,900 net per month, depending on seniority and salary scale.
