Job Nurse IDE H/F - Canteleu 76
A group of multidisciplinary establishments based in Canteleu, Seine-Maritime, is looking for a salaried nurse IDE H/F. As part of a permanent contract, you will work 12-hour days, 3 to 4 days a week (2-hour break per day).
This entity welcomes patients on a permanent or temporary basis, in a welcoming setting conducive to their recovery. A protected unit takes care of people with cognitive disorders. In addition, your future workplace includes communal, administrative and relaxation areas, as well as a garden. All the amenities you need for day-to-day life are available on site. What's more, ample parking is available for both patients and staff.
You will provide nursing care and monitor the health of the clinic's residents. You will collaborate with various medical professionals and ensure proper patient nutrition. In addition, you will be responsible for managing medical records, organizing outpatient visits, and supervising junior staff. Effective communication and comprehensive assessment of patient needs will also be at the heart of your duties.
We're looking for someone who is autonomous, caring, responsive and versatile, with great empathy and the ability to make suggestions. The candidate must be a team player, able to apply and adapt protocols, ensure clear communication and manage a care project. A good knowledge of patient pathologies is required, and respect for professional secrecy and safety rules is essential.
