We are recruiting an endocrinologist M/F to join an innovative nursing home located in Paris, in the 8th arrondissement, within the framework of a liberal collaboration.

Description and missions
As an endocrinologist, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment focused on prevention, screening and personalized support for patients. Your duties will include:
- Providing specialized endocrinology consultations
. - Participating in the preparation of in-depth medical check-ups
. - Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive, coordinated care
. - Integrate preventive medicine and anti-aging care pathways

You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy over your organization, while benefiting from full logistical and administrative support, so you can focus exclusively on the quality of care.

Structure DNA
You'll be working in a high-end 450m2 facility, fitted out under a glass roof, offering 10 consultation offices bathed in natural light. The center brings together several medical disciplines around an ambitious project: enabling everyone to live better and longer, thanks to preventive medicine based on in-depth health check-ups. The facility has a partnership with a biological analysis laboratory, as well as an area dedicated to aesthetic medicine with a private waiting room. The modern, serene working environment is conducive to close collaboration between practitioners and easy access to a high-quality technical platform.

Compensation
Attractive remuneration based on a percentage of sales, varying according to technical requirements:
- 70% for you / 30% for the center: when the doctor does not use specific equipment
- 65% for you / 35% for the center: in the event of equipment investment
. - 60% for you / 40% for the center: for heavy technical platforms with dedicated nurse
