We are looking for a salaried Center Manager for a multidisciplinary medical-dental establishment located in Lys-les-Lannoy. As part of a permanent contract, you will work full-time (39 hours) over 5 days. Ideally, you will have significant experience in the dental field.
In this establishment, you will benefit from a complete and efficient work environment. Manager, advisor, performer, communicator, administrator: for this position, the structure is looking for a versatile profile. As part of your duties, you'll work alongside a range of practitioners in all specialties (general dental surgeons, orthodontists and implantologists, general practitioners, gynecologists). You will be required to work with Desmos software.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt. Your sense of empathy enables you to maintain friendly contact with patients visiting the facility, as well as with the employees who work there. You are also able to oversee all financial and administrative aspects of the medical-dental practice.
The medical-dental facility is located in Lys-les-Lannoy, a town that combines charm and dynamism, with easy access to the northern metropolises and a pleasant living environment for an optimal professional/personal balance. Free parking is available nearby.
You will receive a salary of between €2800 and €3000 net per month, depending on your experience. Benefits such as mutuelle d'entreprise, prévoyance, RTT and a bonus system will also be offered.
