We are recruiting a Center Director M/F to manage two establishments located in Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains, Savoie, on a full-time CDI
.
Description and duties
As Center Manager, you will be in charge of the complete supervision of two sites. Your duties will include:
- Organize the day-to-day running of the centers
- Manage activities in line with set objectives
- Manage teams at both sites and unite staff
. - Recruit dental assistants and medical secretaries
. - Act as liaison between general management, field teams and support services
. - Analyze situations and propose concrete, effective solutions
. - Punctually replace medical secretaries at reception when needed
You will be required to travel once a month to the head office in Lyon to take part in a meeting, with all travel expenses covered
.

Compensation
You will receive a gross monthly salary of between €2500 and €3000 depending on your profile and experience
