We are recruiting a Center Director M/F to join a multi-purpose healthcare facility located in Sevran, Seine-Saint-Denis, on a full-time CDI contract.
Description and missions
As Center Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the site. Your missions will include:
- Organizing the day-to-day running of the center and implementing processes
- Steering activities in line with objectives set by management
- Managing multidisciplinary teams and leading internal meetings
- Coordination between general management, healthcare professionals and support services
- Analysis of complex situations and formulation of concrete, effective and appropriate solutions
