We are looking for a dental center director M/F with executive status on a permanent contract, for the opening of a structure located in Villejust.
In this establishment, you will enjoy a complete and efficient working environment. The premises are very modern and elegant, and feature an optimal technical platform. Manager, advisor, performer, communicator, administrator: for this position, the facility is looking for a versatile profile. As part of your duties, you'll be involved in recruiting and setting up new teams. You will be working with Veasy software on a daily basis, then Desmos.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt. Your sense of empathy enables you to maintain friendly contact with patients visiting the facility, as well as with the employees who work there. You'll be able to oversee all financial and administrative aspects of the dental practice, from direct billing to target-setting, not forgetting secretarial and recruitment tasks.
In addition, you may be asked to carry out dental assistantship assignments in omnipractice, implantology and orthodontics, if required. In addition, you will be expected to implement and execute strategies essential to the smooth running of the structure. You are attentive to the establishment's image and employer brand, and oversee internal and external communications on a daily basis.
