We are recruiting a full-time (39h) CDI center director for a multidisciplinary facility located in Étampes, Essonne.
Description and duties
You will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the center: human resources management, recruitment, team coordination, monitoring internal issues and supervising the smooth running of the premises. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with practitioners and the support team to ensure optimum quality of service. Proficiency in Desmos software is essential if you are to progress effectively in your role.
