We are recruiting a Center Manager M/F for a position located in Orleans (Loiret) as part of a salaried contract (full-time CDI).
Description and missions
Working in a 4-chair dental and medical health center, you'll be in charge of all operations:
- Day-to-day management of a team of 8 to 10 employees (practitioners, assistants, secretaries)
- Monitoring performance indicators and reporting to regional management
- HR management (planning, recruitment, integration, ongoing training)
- Supervision of the patient pathway: quality of reception, administrative compliance, third-party billing
. - Ensuring proper application of QHSE protocols and Group quality policy
Structure DNA
Located in a dynamic district of Orléans, the center belongs to a well-known national group. You will have access to digital tools (business software, KPI dashboard) and HQ support for development projects. You will work from Monday to Friday, in a modern environment accessible by public transport.
Compensation
CDI 39 h / week. Fixed salary negotiated according to experience + target-based bonuses.

Profile sought
Center Director with a degree (minimum bac+3) and solid experience in managing a health, dental or paramedical center; proven skills in management, financial management and patient relations.
