We are recruiting a Director of EHPAD H/F to join a medico-social establishment located in Santenay, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and missions
As Director of an establishment for dependent elderly people, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Strategic and operational development of the facility
- Project management in line with facility policy
- Coordination of a multidisciplinary team (IDE, AS, coordinating physician, etc.)
- Organization of recruitment and support for teams
- Supervision of general operations and active participation in the field
. - Presence every third or fifth Saturday, without on-call duty

Facility DNA
The facility accommodates 60 residents, including 19 in temporary accommodation. It comprises three floors with two elevators, offering rooms located in the main building. The approach to care is centered on benevolence, with practices inspired by the Montessori method. Most of our residents suffer from disorders associated with old age, with a few cases of neurodegenerative pathologies such as Parkinson's disease. The team works daily in a climate of empathy, giving priority to individualized support for residents.
Compensation
You will benefit from a gross annual salary of between €55,000 and €62,000, depending on your profile and experience.
