Job Director of EHPAD M/F - Algrange 57
A structure, located in the heart of Algrange, is recruiting an experienced EHPAD Director H/F. As part of a permanent contract with executive status and a 5-day package, you will join a structure dedicated to the well-being of its residents.
You will join a team of 100 healthcare professionals, including 1 IDEC, 1 coordinating doctor and 1 HR referent. The establishment stands out for its positive and stimulating climate, its quality infrastructures, and its commitment to the well-being of residents and teams. You will be the essential link between the administrative directives issued at regional level and the teams on site, upholding the values of dynamism and rigor. This vacancy is aimed at autonomous, outspoken and operational professionals with at least 5 years' experience in the management of EHPAD.
On a day-to-day basis, your missions will include managing the social climate, ensuring budgetary control, coordinating teams around the facility project, and ensuring the quality of care and service to residents. You will also be the main point of contact for families, ensuring that the establishment is part of a dynamic partnership within its local area.
Located in Algrange, in the Moselle department, this position offers a peaceful living environment in the heart of the Thionville basin, a region rich in industrial and natural heritage. Easily accessible via the A30 freeway, Algrange benefits from its proximity to major cities such as Metz and Luxembourg, offering significant professional and cultural opportunities.
You'll enjoy an attractive salary of between 55k€ and 60k€ gross per year, depending on your profile, under the 51 collective bargaining agreement, with benefits such as a share in transport and a health insurance scheme.
