We are recruiting a coordinator M/F to join a dental practice located in Champigny-sur-Marne in the Val-de-Marne, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and missions
As center coordinator, you will play a central role in managing the smooth running of the practice. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Physical and telephone reception of patients
- Administrative management of estimates and treatment plans
- Rigorous follow-up of patient files and treatments
- Coordination of schedules and participation in operational management of the practice
- Active contribution to the overall organization of the structure to guarantee a smooth, high-quality patient path
