We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F in private practice to take over an activity within a private nursing home located in Aixe-sur-Vienne (Haute-Vienne).

Position description
In a pleasant, modern working environment, you will have a 29 m² practice, ready to be fitted out according to your needs. You will share a waiting room with an osteopath and benefit from a sterilization room of 13 m². The position offers:
- A large flow of patientswith a rapidly filling diary
- Appointment management via Doctolib, depending on your organization
- A ground-level practice with access to free parking
- A multidisciplinary setting with the presence of a GP, an osteopath and two nursing cabinets

Structure DNA
Located in an 8-year-old building, this private nursing home provides an ideal environment for a liberal practice. The former practitioner, in place for 8 years, recently ceased his activity, leaving behind a loyal patient base and a strong demand for dental care.

Financial conditions
For this liberal collaboration you will only have to pay a monthly rent: 650 € + 55 € for utilities (water, heating, electricity), with no royalties on your practice.
