We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a medical-dental structure located in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, within the framework of a salaried contract.
Description and duties
You will work in a modern, perfectly structured environment, alongside a multidisciplinary team.
As a general practitioner, your duties will include:
- Comprehensive care of patients in the dental chair
. - Performing conservative, prosthetic and surgical treatments according to your skills
. - Collaboration with the on-site prosthetics laboratory, saving time and improving responsiveness
. - Participation in a mentoring and clinical training program from the moment you join
. - Follow-up and presentation of treatment plans in conjunction with administrative and technical teams
You will benefit from personalized support including coaching, chairside clinical training and personal development focused on communication and optimizing your activity.
Structure DNA
This medical-dental center spans 600 m² on two floors, with bright, modern and perfectly appointed spaces. Each 15 m² practice is equipped with the latest generation of equipment, including Trishape optical cameras and microscopes for specialized procedures.
The integrated prosthetic laboratory is a major asset, enabling real-time adjustments and exceptional responsiveness.
The structure is supported by an efficient administrative center, which handles all the procedures involved in managing quotations, reimbursements and patient relations.

Compensation
For this position, you will have a retrocession of sales to be discussed during your recruitment process. A guaranteed minimum salary is provided for the first few months of activity.
