We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a dental establishment located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, as part of a CDIà full time.
Description
As a dental surgeon, you'll be joining a dynamic, autonomous structure. You'll be supported by a team of four managers available by phone for any questions related to scheduling, equipment, dress, consumables and management software. These managers visit all the group's facilities once a month to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction of practitioners' needs. The position allows you to take over an existing patient base, ensuring a steady flow of patients from the moment you arrive.

Compensation
For this position, you will receive remuneration as a percentage of gross sales per month, to choose from:
- 25% gross on dentures and treatments
- 28% on treatments and 22% on dentures
- 30% on orthodontic care
Vacation pay is calculated on an average of your previous year's salary, with a guaranteed minimum of 3,660 euros gross for the first 3 months (6 months for orthodontics).
